He has made the process less stressful for me. Having this home was a weight on my shoulders – also a financial burden for me. I met Benedict and as we sat down to discuss my situation, he was very attentive and caring. He then said to me that I must not worry – that he will take care of me in handling the short sale. Well, he took care of everything! He did all the leg-work and today I’m here signing the closing papers.
